Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time frames provided at checkout. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances including carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Grappolo Wine Shop shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver products within the estimated delivery window.
An adult aged 21 or older must be present at the time of delivery to sign for wine shipments and present valid government-issued identification. If delivery cannot be completed due to the absence of an eligible recipient, additional delivery attempts or fees may apply.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the carrier. Any damages, loss, or delays occurring during transit are the responsibility of the delivery carrier.
If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, you must:
Retain all original packaging materials
Take photos of the damaged box and contents
Contact the delivery carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim
Grappolo Wine Shop is not liable for damages caused during shipping and cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier-related damage claims.
Return & Refund Policy – Wine Purchases
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your wine purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
The bottle(s) must be in their original condition and packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Upon approval and receipt of the returned product, we may offer:
A replacement product of equal value, or
A refund issued to the original method of payment.
Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after inspection of the returned merchandise.
Damaged, Defective, or Corked Wine (Non-Shipping Related)
If you believe a wine is defective or corked (not related to shipping damage):
Please notify us within 2 days of opening the bottle.
Provide details regarding the issue, including photos if available.
We will evaluate the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Wine that has been consumed beyond normal tasting evaluation
Special order or limited-release items
Event tickets or reservations
Gift cards
