Our winemaking journey begins in February, as we carefully select grapes that undergo a meticulous drying process in specially ventilated rooms known as “fruttai.” Following this, traditional fermentation ensues, with extended contact with the skins for 25 days. The resulting wine then matures for an impressive 40 months in barriques.
Draped in a deep ruby red hue that deepens over time, our wine boasts an intense and persistent bouquet that captivates the senses. Revel in notes of cherry and dried plum, complemented by delicate floral aromas of dried flowers and a subtle hint of sweet spices.
