Embedded in the roots of our family legacy, our connection to the land, known as “a’ Scippata,” dates back to 1933. This sacred ground was rejuvenated in harmony with our vines, boasting an impressive history spanning over 250 years. The rituals of pruning, tying the shoots, changing guardians, and harvesting echo the timeless cadence of our ancestors, preserving traditions etched into the very soil.
In this hallowed vineyard, a meticulous selection process begins, a homage to the vine’s vitality. Only the finest grapes, meticulously chosen, find their place in our harvest—approximately 40 quintals per hectare. A delicate pressing and a protracted fermentation, in communion with the grape skins, form the foundation for a remarkable red wine, deeply rooted in tradition and poised for longevity.
